My approach weaves together Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing to help you better understand yourself and create meaningful change.

I provide counseling for adults and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, effects of trauma, body insecurity, poor self esteem, addiction, self-harm, OCD, and challenges related to neurodivergence.
